Our Story

Over 40 years ago, Dave began his electrical career by passing a highly competitive exam, with only the top 10 out of 1,000 applicants accepted into the union. His success and ambition led him to establish D-Electric, which thrived for 25 years. To expand the business, Dave brought in his son Jake to grow operations, while Austin was brought on to establish a presence in Sacramento. This growth led to the creation of Fusion Electric, shifting focus toward industrial projects and away from residential work. As part of this transition, Fusion Electric rejoined the union and significantly expanded its operations. The company’s dedication to professionalism and expertise has earned them a spot as one of Stanford’s preferred electrical vendors, as well as a leading provider in the wastewater industry.
